Yeah they happen few times a year. Sometimes B1G1 which is even better value
For reference, they did this same deal about one month ago and two months ago, and B1G1 a month before that. They also sometimes do 30% off, which will occasionally stack with other deals too.
Looks like this current deal stacks with their 2 for $40 TV Shows, which isn't bad!
(That being said, I've just tried adding some Blu-rays to my cart three times, and the website fully empties my cart each time. Good lord, this website is getting worse every time I buy something.)
