A/C, Power Steering, Power Windows, Electric adjust mirrors, keyless entry, electric adjust seats, weather shields, plastic cover for headlights.
I can live without all of that except the keyless entry (or at least remote central locking). God I do not miss the old days of having to go around and unlock and lock the old work hilux doors like it’s 1996 all over again.

depending on your car, these are some quality of life improvements that are low-ish cost
get a catch can for a diesel engine
upgrade your internal lights to LEDs
upgrade your windscreen wiper sprayer to actually spread evenly over the windshield
add a reverse camera
add a good usb-c charger from your cigarette lighter socket so you can charge devices
don't bother with a tablet, get a Scosche mount for your mobile phone and use that instead - definitely cheaperor if you are into camping and 4wd, there are many $$$ things the marketing insists you need. You too can be a city slicker/"weekend warrior" with bullbar, roof rack, rooftop tent, snorkel, winch, dual battery, 2 inch lift kit, massive wheels, on a Landcruiser that has never seen mud and is 95% of the time parked in a suburban street! :-)
