May just be the perfect case for my drone. Thanks nocure👍

LOL at the second pic everything just tossed in. I was wondering what someone would use those dividers for, apparently not even the sales team knew!
It also looks like it won't shut. Actually think the dividers look removable, but no let's stack these random things on top to demonstrate it being a tool good
Dividers are removable
haha yeah I was wondering about that too. At least the marketing team is realistic since that's exactly what would happen with mine haha
$17 if you use commbank yello 15% code
How? What’s the code?
It’s a unique code given to you by commbank if you qualify for yello rewards
Thank you very much @Pocket Change.
If there are items of a personal nature around your house that you'd prefer your kids not to find, this is a good option.
Glock?
That's in the fruit bowl.
Faster to access and the kids never look there
Put the fruit in the locked box. They'll be eating it by morning tea time
Thanks OP got one, good for guitar leads, strings etc
Even pedals/capos will fit! Everything but the guitar and amp I guess.
Use case: Watch case
Hmm, maybe I'll get one for my electronic-tools (mm, soldering iron, screwdrivers, thirdhand, cables etc…?
Yeah sure I don’t mind.
Thanks, Dad :)
Picked up one at Holden Hill (SA) for storing my watch tools. Cheers OP. Were two left on the shelves just before they closed for the day.
Holy! How many watch tools do you have? My toolkit is the size of like 3 stacked iphone 15's.. 😅 Excluding the magnifying goggle/headset thingo I have.. 🤣
Probably too many haha. I enjoy tinkering with making watches as well as simple fixes so there's extra tools in that.
what is the weight of the box
Depends how much you fill it
Lol at the other response to your question.. 😅
As someone else has said, only the frame is aluminium, the rest is hard plastic so is very light. I just picked one up, don't have one of those hanging scales handy (mines in a suitcase somewhere) but I'd say nothing over 2kg.
Appreciate your response. Guess we trade slugging more weights around vs a more sturdy box
Yeah unfortuntely.. 😪 Until we can advance technology to the point where carbon fibre is the next plastic and everything is just made of it.. 😅 Imagine suitcases/luggage all being made of carbon fibre.. 🤣
Edit: Forgot to note, the plastic itself is not great and infact mine came with a little dent on the side.. 😪 No missing paint or scratch damage but you can see a visible welt in that bit of the shell. I just have it sitting in the garage with my spare radio gear.
I think this box is useless if you need dividers. Those dividers are too short - they don't go all the way up - so anything you put in them will just fall out of those divided sections and it will be completely mixed up.
I glued mine into place
What are the internal dimensions? If they are divisible by 42mm would potentially make a good gridfinity toolbox!
This box is the shelf queen version of other more expensive boxes with decent dividers that actually keep things in place. Only designed to be kept horizontal, maybe used as a tv or movie prop
Only frame is aluminium and all the sides are plastic so don't expect durability, the saving grace feature is the lid opens 110 degrees and not 180 degrees all the way flat.
Thanks OP. On the SCA website, there are two pictures showing the bottom divided area, with the first one showing the dividers higher then than the other. The one I picked up today has the lower dividers. Not really a deal breaker, as a piece of thick foam or appropriately sized tarp or cloth would keep tools from falling out. Durability might be a bit lacking, but it's sturdy enough for indoor light duty. It's not worth full price, but for $20.00 it's not bad. I'll probably keep my electronic tools in it until I pick up something better or it starts falling apart. My wife thought it might also make a good art supply case, so we ended up buying two.
I just got home from picking one up, super light so don't expect it to hold up to many bumps but good enough for random bits.
Good for the few bits & bobs I need for computer related work. If the dividers don't reach the lid, I'll just glue on some foam board to bridge the gap.
Thanks, @nocure

Almost the same item. Looks good but too bad I don't know what I would use it for.
