    So if I'm an Everyday Rewards member but have never ordered online with Woolies does that make me a new customer?

      I think it counted based on Woolies new account
      Woolies account and Everyday Rewards account are separated
      You can create a new woolies account (for online shopping), then link it to your everday rewards card number
      It should then treated as "new customer"
