I got two of these in previous sales. I still have the garbage bag over them that they package them in

I heard that this is one of those crappy brands that the screw driver head wears out on after one use - can any body confirm?

    • I suspected as much at this price for 100 pieces.

I find that tools without a case are a waste as it's hard to manage them. Storage is awkward. I have the costco one (similar to this one) which i use it but i rather have a boxed one with a set of just 5-10 (high quality) which are most commonly use rather than 50-100 screwdrivers that i wont use. Anyway, this is just my personal observation.

I don't get it why people buy such big sets when most people only use a few of them. Buy a decent set with a few screwdrivers and have it basically for ever. And costs around the same

    • I got a similar no name brand that I won in a raffle many years ago - sometimes handy as it has the rare ones like torx type drivers. If you only want to spend cheap I don’t mind the Aldi set currently on sale.

    • Depends on your hobbies and if you just moved out of home lol.
I could find a random number uses for some that I have needed for motorbikes, computers and bicycles. Anyway I already own most of what I need from buying individual bits or kits which cost me more in the long run.

Really missed the opportunity to include 100 zip ties and call it a 200pc tool set.

  • Is this the same quality as the the one that aldi sells every half year?

  • This is junk

Works great. Magnetic tips and loads of drivers in neat stand to pack away. I use my good drivers for daily things and this for when I need something particular out of the ordinary drivers.

  • Why did they stop at 100?
