          Not an exisiting customer. No email asking if after recharge or monthly swap. They just cancelled all saying like

          ….cancelled at your request…..

          I never requested its cancellation. But may be I guess ordered a bit extra ? Like 8 ish ? So they cancelled all.

        I bought a couple of $35 starter packs for $5 each from Big W a month or so ago. On the back of those it says, "This Konec SIM expires 2 years from the manufacturing date printed on this packaging". They didn't have a manufacturing date on them, so I reached out to Konec support and was told that, "Some SIM packs made it to store without the manufacturing date printed. The SIM expires on 31st July 2025."

        I only ordered one. The confirmation email says to log into my Konec account to view the invoice, but I've never had a Konec account. I tried the "Forgot Password?" option in case placing an order automatically created one, but nothing. I guess you only get an account when you activate a SIM???

        I'll wait and see what happens, I suppose. If nothing turns up, oh well. If one turns up, bonus.

            @Colin2905: It arrived yesterday (I'm in Canberra; it only had to come from Sydney). I can't see a manufacturing date on this one either, so based on what I mentioned above, I have until 31/7/25 to activate it.
