Just got this email about a JB Perks $20 coupon. Can’t see anything about min spend! Valid for a week. Check your inbox!

          you can email them to ask exactly why it failed the verification process, the support agent will tell you why and reverse all used coupon codes OR generate a new coupon code for you to use.

            @ULT: Yeah that was what I'd do if I wanted to chase. Good to know that the agent can reverse the coupon code which normally couldn't be done by the store.

              @bcYield: It is very likely that you are on their blacklist now. I guess you must have registered more than one perks account which breaches their policy. Check here if you are interested.

                @kehuau: Possibly. I haven't shopped at JB for ages. The code perk code that I currently used was for that account and strangely it triggered that. I thought $0 order could be the reason or stock issue of that product. My account is still working normally tho.

                  @bcYield: Got the same cancellation email for my order without using VPN and payment was over $30 with gift cards. I used a new account and Chrome incognito mode though. Not sure what triggered that.

                    @gao234: Got a reply from the customer service asking 2 questions to verify my account whether I made 1 order or planned to make more orders, ended up giving me a new voucher. My guessing is more likely the stock issue as there's oos everywhere locally for the item I bought.
