Decent price for these tracker tags. If you're using a Samsung phone they work very well and have UWB for precision finding when you're near the tag as well.

Description from the site:
Conveniently track what's important to you with the Samsung SmartTag2 Wireless Tracker This single pack black tracker features a ring that can be used to attach it to backpacks, pet collars, or anything you want to keep tabs on and track if lost or stolen. The SmartTag2 works with Galaxy S20 and S21 phones and the SmartThings app. Using the app, you can track down a SmartTag2 via a map over long distances or a digital compass when it's nearby. Once you're close, use the app to make the SmartTag2 ring, so you can pinpoint its location. You can even use the SmartTag2's built-in button to find your phone by making it ring. Long-lasting, the built-in battery can last for up to 500 days, and it's made to be both dust and water-resistant.

Google has to work with samsung again to make their network stronger. Just how they worked for wear os

    • They didn't just work together, they locked other manufacturers out of Wear OS with exclusivity deals. It's like Google want to kill Wear OS off.

It's usually $44 @ Samsung Education Store which is better judging by my expirience. My impression is that digiDirect sells old units. I purchased a 4-pack of smarttags from them, and within a few weeks, I had to replace 3 out of 4 batteries. When I asked for reimbursement for the $12 I spent on replacement batteries, digiDirect refused. It's my expirience, YMMV

You really thought they would reimburse battery replacement costs?

      • Yes, decent company would. It's not like I used the device for a year and wanted to refresh the battery, it was an issue with old batteries

    • You really think Samsung Australia going to reimburse $12?, it's still Samsung's product, give it a try and get back to us😅

      • Samsung Australia would take the faulty device back and send a replacement

  • Use code; ENSKIPO5 to save $10

  • Probably gonna wait for a second gen PebbleBee to launch here. These are great at what they do, but I want a card size one for my ID pass holder.
