Common complaint is carboard sleeves for disc storage, which has caused scratched discs for some. It is the one thing that make people hesitant.

  • 3D version is cheaper and how it was intended.

    • The cheaper $27.79 3D copy, if that’s the one you’re referring to, has no 4K or Dolby Vision and you’d need a TV with 3D capabilities which is less common now days. The 3D version on that listing also looks to only be the theatrical cut where the collectors edition has 3 versions. Certainly a tradeoff between the two.

  • What's the cheapest 4k player? A console?

    • Xbox One S would be close to the cheapest I’d imagine.

Probably can get them cheap second hand. Even EB has them for $199 and other stores or marketplaces should be lower still. No Dolby Vision I believe, but may not be a major concern, especially if you have a Samsung TV that only supports HDR10 anyway.

    • I'd say a basic Panasonic. (UB150 maybe) The picture is great for the price 100-150$ but it has a woefully bad remote 😅

  • $65 with a Blu ray player and im in

  • Cheers.
