    doesnt matter where, but i always filter by negative/lowest votes first. i will say though, incentivised reviews are usually spotted easily as they often go OTT in making out how good it is.

      Might be, but they don't use the NBN, so that's why the prices are better, it's only available in specific regions.

    They have their own fibre network (DGtek) which is mostly connected to appartment buildings around Melb CBD, so it's a bit niche.

  I've been with Pineapple for several years as they service my building. No major issues or complaints, only one outage of note I can recall (maybe a couple hours long).

  I didn't get this email, but I've been with Pineapple for a few years now. Service has been decent and reliable, and prices are much better than NBN. I've only had to contact support a couple of times, but the experience was good and handled by someone locally. Always the same person, so maybe their support team isn't that large.

  As mentioned, this is not through the NBN so footprint is limited but if you can get it, it's a no-brainer. They do have to install a separate NTD, and it uses PPoE which is a little less plug and play but not a big deal.
