  2 of my last 5 transactions (through TC and SB) didn't track, luckily Temu don't post that quickly so I had enough time to cancel the orders.

  I think once you raise a missing cashback claim, there's no update for months as they wait for Temu to check and confirms the transaction. At least that's my understanding of how TCB does things so I assume it's the same for Shopback. Think the main issue is that Temu takes like 3 months to confirm a transaction.

    In my experience they do take months to confirm but in the meantime also add the pending cashback once the missing cashback is lodged, which is still not showing in my account

My last order tracked but was supposed to be paid out in June. Lodged a ticket but got no response. Now if I go back into the cashback to try and lodge another ticket I just get an error message saying one has already been lodged. How does one chase this up?

I try to avoid Temu like plague. Just browsing through its online catalogue, most of their items are just junk and landfills, only few items seem like bargain.

  i think depends. ive had no issues with anything i have bought and only bought what i thought was useful. definitely easy to get lost in the spur of the moment though and go absolutely crazy and in that case its kinda your fault.
  
  i leave everything in my cart for a few days to make sure i really do want it, and usually a roulette wheel discount pops in a few days later for one of them so win win
