What will stop me from getting cashback

        Thanks. Very informative video. Temu is a poor man's version of AliExpress with superior marketing. Have lower expectations and avoid buying fragile items as they may arrive damaged due to the poor packaging.

        This is probably one of them

        Any offers of cashbacks are always accompanied by minimum spends.

        And every time you go to place another order; the minimum spend for FREE delivery goes up.
        But nowhere in thier advertising for FREE DELIVERY do they mention a minimum spend.
        It only shows up when you go to pay.

        Very frustrating!
        I just leave the cart the way it is and give up.

        So Im sorrry but Im going to BIN THIS OFFER.
        Im sick and tired of Temu's dirty schemes

            @xrailgun: Really? I had no idea, though to be fair I only used them 2 or 3 times before that. And I was affected by the tracking issues in that particular deal, I cancelled that order because I was too lazy to deal with it and it was before TA came in.

      My cashback was declined when there was 50% cashback on temu. I have reported it but still no update from them. Definitely not gonna use them again.

      Lodged a missing cashback for Temu with Shopback from June (100% back deal) and without so much as a courtesy email it was knocked back without explaining why. Never really had an issue like that before with any cash back from any company so a little shocked.

      I do have a couple bits and pieces I have been looking at from Temu, not sure if I'm keen on rolling the dice again though, however TCB’s customer support seems miles in front these days

    Temu @ TCB never tracked for me ever. I had to raise a ticket each and everytime. The last 50% TCB deal was the same but I've just received the payout for that after raising a ticket. Been a hassle but so far touch wood all seems good.

    Anyone wondering about tracking issues - My orders from mid June offer did not track initially. After submitting missing cashback claim, it is now appeared as waiting cashback. Thanks to the Topcashback team for sorting it out.

    Only question I have that if you use price adjustment while it is waiting, does that impact cashback eligibility?

    Wondering how long it takes for a successfully tracked Temu order to show up on TCBs backend.

    Last promo they did with Temu, TCB support went and fixed my Temu order by requesting me to submit missed cashbacks for every product ordered and it was approved after 1-2 months but it would be nice if it tracked fast.

    On a side note, my BWS order has already tracked from this deal, took <15mins.

          Temu is a little slow to post so you should have enough time to cancel your order if it doesn't track (and you don't want to bother chasing it up).

            @Hiphopopotamus: Honestly i dont mind chasing them up, TCB has been good to me in regards to Missing CB Claims (even though it does take awhile to resolve).

            Would be ideal if it tracked but their customer service has been excellent so will give them benefit of the doubt :)

      Same on my end, I am going to give TCB tracking until tomorrow morning to set in and if it does not, I'll start raising a claim for every item like I did for the other Temu promo they did. The claim goes "On Ice" anyway then gets sent to Temu for verification after 7 days or so

        Good luck with your claim. It's frustrating that we need to submit a claim for every single item, it's odd because neither Shopback or Cashrewards require that, just one for the whole order.

        There is only 1 order number given by Temu, how would they even know what each claim is for exactly?

    Check last BWS with TCB many complaints regarding tracking many suggest you minulipate you phones BWS app or take it off. Even though it may have tracked previously with app on phone. TCB is not getting better
