This deal is back again with 50% cashback uncapped for both new and existing customers. Good for anyone who missed out last time or ready for another round of cheap bargains. The increase will be active for the duration of Tuesday.

It's worth noting that the final cashback figure will exclude GST (10%) and the USD to AUD currency conversion on Temu's end (3% for me last time) - TCB have no control of this. Regardless it's still an impressive amount of cashback considering it's uncapped cashback with no limit on orders. My ~$600 worth of orders last time have successfully tracked without issue.

Important Information:

For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost.           So which is it? Did they respond to your query or not? If so then they'll investigate and let you know when they hear back. They need an explanation from the affiliate network and/or Temu before they can let you know the outcome. That's not immediate.

          Just don't bother with cashbacks at all if you aren't prepared to chase them up etc ;).

            @G-rig: When you have to chase every order and have to wait 1 week for each missing cashback, that's not fun anymore.

            I started to make notes for all cashback as it became harder to remember after a few weeks. Most people would end up ignoring it once and for all.

              Best to use phone and turn off wifi and all the other stuff, mind seem to track well these days, never use PC.

      neither was mine. didn't use the temu app, a vpn, ad blocker, or have cookies turned off. used the same device on the same browser as i have successfully used in the past to get temu cashback from shopback.

      its also worth noting when you file a ticket for missing cashback, because of a temu policy you have file a seperate missing cashback ticket for each individual item.
      did that and its 'waiting for review' still.

      So I will try Edge as the suggested browser, and try again because 50% is tempting. But will limit the number of items I buy as its very painful filing individual tickets if it does not work.

      I am also in the same boat and my purchase from last time didn't track either. This rarely happened to me with SB and CA!

    My order did not track last time, but it always worked on CashRewards and Shopback ??

      - Used a browser with no extensions
      - Disabled all ad blocking and tracking features on browser
      - Emptied shopping cart before buying

      TopCashback did not track my temu purchase at all.
      I've probably used over 40+ stores, never had issues with any store on shopback and cashrewards, except The Iconic (only tracks half the time).

              @Clear: No there is a claim opened, I never said their support is bad. I just said the cashback purchases don't get recorded. I am negging just for that. As you can see, many people here are seeing the same thing. I initially upvoted all these offers, but when they didn't deliver, it just feels sketchy. Hope they fix it, so I can change my vote.

                Did you have a coupon/discount auto apply? I've tested purchases with and without and the order with the auto coupon hasn't tracked. You need to manually remove the discount and TCB do say codes not listed may void cashback.

                I guarantee that's the issue for a lot of people. Unless they used the app as that won't track either.

      Those clear plastic shoe storage boxes are good, plenty to choose from and easily half the price as elsewhere. Better than rummaging through cardboard boxes.

      I was a bit sceptical and had never used temu but they are decent and turned up fast and you get 30% off first order. Not bad $50 for 12 all up.

        In my experience it's not an issue. I just have everything unticked prior to clicking through and ticking what I want after clicking through.

        The temptation to upgrade my 2080 Super to one of the 4060 TI’s has hit me hard this morning because of this cashback

        • I think there's only a 4060 available. 2080 S is still a really good GPU.

          I use a 2080 Ti modded with 22GB VRAM for AO and holds up really well.

I'm still grumpy about my Shopback not trying with Temu from the recent deal, hopefully they come through on investigation, but that can't be held against TopCashback or Temu really :D

        They have Nvidia GPU's but at their current price and even with ~50% off and the downsides from ordering from overseas sellers they are in the ballpark on the same prices in AU when on sale (eg ebay sale) happy to be proven wrong.

    • It's not immediate and you will get the tracking notification later.

      One thing I do is go claim a missing cashback straightaway in order to see the tracked session - pick temu and you should see a timestamp in the date dropdown list corresponding with when you first clicked the cashback link.

    my last transaction in Temu with TCB hasn't been tracked
    I submit the claim over a week now, still no updates

    Recently Shopback did 100% cashback for shopping in Temu website. Where is TA? When will we see 100% cashback to shop in Temu? A guarantee is a guarantee, same with a deal is a deal.

      You can purchase with TCB under whatever rate it is and then make a claim for the Highest Cashback Guarantee which will only take a few days for approval. Then your cashback is uplifted to the competitor's rate (plus 1% on top!)

  • My previous transaction was tracked by TopCashback, but estimated payable is unknown (N/A). When? Can you confirm, Clear or TA?

    Top tips for shopping through any cashback companies: Use Chrome mobile browser from your phone/tablet. No add-ons anyway. Use your own data in your phone. Certain wifi routers could have blocking capabilities for tracking. I did this with my previous home router (NextDNS in the router setting). Other people may have pi hole or adguard home, etc. to block tracking. Don't use office wifi too.

    Mine didnt track last time, never have issue with Aliexpress. So dont assume you will get good deals, products on Temu more expensive than Ali.

    • Just use Chrome mobile browser in your phone/tablet with your own data in phone for shopping through cashback companies (read my comment above). If you use Paypal, login first in the browser (different tab) and then open the cashback website and continue.

    Be careful with this. 1 of my 2 transactions last time did not track, and my missing cashback case at the moment seems to be getting mishandled by the support person. They are trying to give me the cashback value for the item that did track for the one that didnt track. Bit of a mess and yet to be resolved.

    • 2 transactions? So, you paid twice then. Maybe better after the first payment, open TopCashback website again and then click Temu link again.

        No rookie errors mate. The transactions were many hours apart everything by the book, it just didnt work second time.

        EDIT: Actually it was the first order that didnt track. Order numbers are almost identical including the last digits. Ugh, now i've stuffed up the claim request.

    Hey guys, hope you are all well. Thanks for flagging the issues some of you are experiencing with TEMU. This is how we get better and improve our product. What I can tell you is we had well over a thousand successful transactions from the last promo, so I'm not sure what may have gone wrong with those commenting in this post. I'm in the process of sending an email to both the affiliate network and to a direct contact at TEMU to see if they are across any reasons some have failed.

    In the meantime, please lodge a claim and we'll bulk upload them to TEMU for investigation & reconciliation. Please note that once you lodge the claim and receive an initial email, there will be nothing further for you to do until we hear back from the merchant. And please don't worry, as always we'll take care of it.

      Maybe those failed TopCashback tracking was because of these terms and conditions:

      "Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback."
      Temu automatically applies certain code. Previously I removed the code before payment.

      "If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account."
      Maybe some people "modify" their completed order to buy more. NOT ELIGIBLE …

          Maybe easier if we can just apply code: TOPCASHBACK in Temu before payment. It will be good for everyone, even with adblocker etc.

          Can you suggest this to Temu? No tracking headache, just rely on TOPCASHBACK code in Temu before payment. So Temu will know straightaway how many people use the code "TOPCASHBACK" before payment.

            @neoleo: That is a pretty good suggestion. The cynic in me says they ALL want plausible deniability.

            Some days it tracks… some days it doesn't… some days it is the browser… maybe an update you did, adblock you didn't know about, maybe sellers fault, maybe this and maybe that! lol

            • @Charity: This is why I always use Chrome mobile browser from my phone for these cashback companies. Never fail for me.

              Use your own data from phone, not wifi especially office wifi. Certain wifi network have blocking capabilities. Previously I put NextDNS in my router setting that can block ads, trackers, malware, phishing. Disable this or just use your phone data.

        • If you figure it out, I hope you fix it for everyone automatically if it's still happening. I used the deal this time and it's a larger amount of money to risk.

    • From my 2 previous experience for Temu, if i use a desktop with edge, it will not track in TCB but no issue with Shopback with same edge browser. No issue for other merchants.

      Now i use mobile phone from TCB app then via mobile Chrome and it will track.

      • Edge worked fine for me yesterday and my order has tracked.
