  Get a Sodastream and mod it with a large gas tank! 6kg refills for $50-60 every 6 months or so (depending on usage). You can search for Sodastream deals and read the comments.

I think alot of the increased prices is a big scam, just popping to Vietnam and these (equivalents) are like 20c

Once prices go up it very rarely goes down… When prices do go down it's just a temporary illusion to give us a false sense of reprieve
