EDIT2: changed store to one where they have mousse available, chips and drinks are locked in so you cannot swap them for any other sides.
Better value I agree but nice to have some variety.
You actually get more variety with cheap as chips since you can pick 4 different large sides

How do i access the secret menu?

EDIT: OK OK don't neg me. It appears seemingly at random on the new app, but you can search for the secret deals using the magnifying glass. Type 'mistletoe' and you'll see it.
On the menu pull down like you're refreshing a page but keep your finger pressed down as the loading icon spins. After about 15 seconds the secret menu option shows up at the top. Sometimes it takes a couple attempts for it to show for me.
additional tip … if you think you've held it long enough … keep holding! it will eventually appear :)
I’ll never understand why a KFC team member will pack my bag with mouse, coleslaw, potato and gravy etc and not throw in a fork or spoon. Do they think I’m eating with my hands?

I love this, I usually get this for entree before main. Wife says it’s a bit much but it’s just so good.
I can't get the secret menu to appear on iOS.
I used to be able to pull down the screen and eventually it'd pop up, or in recent times, sometimes just randomly browsing the app, the secret menu would unlock.
Their food's gone to hell. I hate their crispy burgers with the breading that sloths off… bring back the original recipe fillets. The new formula potato & gravy is way too peppery and gives me the runs. Their tenders are forever shrinking. Remember crispy strips? The tenders are less than half the size of those sometimes. It's criminal that they count the tiny broken off tenders as one. And, let's not forget the 200ml gravy which is half the size now (same size as a small potato & gravy), but more expensive.
Grrrr!
