How to activate ?
Linking an eligible card gives you access to the respective 'lounge' in the SB app, then you can activate the challenges.

Coz too many WBC cards already. Last time WBC deal with 1100 rewards only lasted for less than 2 hours. Obviously, SB wants to bring up the number of the regional three.

This is such a dubious promotion. I purchased at 7.45am - there were still rewards available when I purchased and then supposedly I miss out! Dodgy
I did it just a bit earlier than you and got the bonus tracked 4 hrs+ later.
I think it is due to the delay in issuing some eGCs. The tracked time in the challenge was 33 mins later than the purchase time. Both times can be found in App. My eGC (from Prezzee portal) was pending after purchase and it probably took the 33 mins to be available.

Spent at 6:40am. "You missed out" what a scam. Has always been a scammy way of running a bonus, and they are definitely able to do it as opt-in like they do now for Westpac promos lately
Yes, there were under 500 participants before 7.30am and this figure was updated promptly. Unless some used the wrong cards, it is a SB’s issue.

I'm sorry to see all the issues with this one, I bought it myself at ~7:30am and luckily got the bonus around ~12:30pm.
The old GYB has in the past went back and actually honored the bonuses in cases like these, hopefully the new reps can do the same.

Oh yeah, as far as we know the old rep was replaced. Now there are multiple who use the same account.

Last time I reached out to the GYB account in May, I just got a reply saying to contact the help@ email account (which after 2.5 months still hasn't given me an outcome), and today I reached out re this deal and got a reply saying "I'll get our team to look into it, I'll keep you posted".
A real far cry from the old responses which were incredibly friendly, helpful and insightful.
