  I bought it for around $2400 plus $800 JB GC 2 years ago. It has a good projector but it doesn't support Dolby vision

    For Dolby Vision, I've been using this projector for the past ~3 years with an HDFury Vertex which renders dynamic DV content from an LLDV-capable source (I use an Apple TV 4K) in HDR10. It's a well-regarded hack detailed on AVforums and AVSforum. Works flawlessly.

    But I'd probably recommend someone choose a different projector if DV is important to them since there are numerous DV-native projectors on the market now.
