@gadgetfreak28: How are you guys brewing their decaf? I followed the recipe on the bag and have found it extremely sour. All other metrics (time, yield etc etc) all seem good. Or is the sourness just how decaf generally tastes? Dipping my toe into decaf for the first time.
@Ayanami: I pull a double shot in around 25-30 seconds (using 20g beans) and then make a flat white with it. With decaf, I normally grind a little coarser than I would with normal beans but it never tastes sour. Keep experimenting until you get a good tasting shot. All the best.

sry but I'd like to know how to deal with the coffee blends if I buy them. Shall I buy a coffee machine or just add water and milk to it? I dont find the 'manual' for your coffee on your website
Hello, a good coffee machine is a great way to make milk-based coffee. There is a suggested recipe on our website to make one. Just a tip: high quality grinder will produce even more better coffee. Please choose 'Whole Bean' for 'Grind' option if you have a grinder, if not please choose 'Espresso'.
If you don't have coffee machine, you can also use plunger and add milk. Please choose 'Plunger' for 'Grind' option.
If you don't use plunger, the traditional way is to brew the ground coffee straight with hot water, let it sit for 2-4 minutes until the ground coffee settle in the bottom. Add milk or sugar if you need it. Please choose 'Turkish' for 'Grind' option.

Hey @Felix Oxen, mate I only drink it black in a plunger, and considering your coffees are best with milk, I'm not sure if its going to be a waste to order? Also, when are your roasting dates if I order tomorrow? Finally, which options are your favorite for black coffees in a plunger? Thank you
Hello, I personally won't recommend our blends for black coffee because I have tried better ones that are roasted for black coffee. But if you're not very particular, I tried Mercury and Venus, they are not bad for black coffee. But Mercury is out of stock at the moment. If you order before 9am, it will be roasted on the day and sent the next day. With Express Shipping you will probably get it in 1 day or 2. Hope that helps :)
We ordered 30/7, got it today 1/8. Ordered Pluto & Jupiter and it was freshly roasted 30/7. We haven't torn into Jupiter yet but the Pluto is AMAZING. Didn't think I'd like it but I wanted a second cup immediately after the first.
