I find king living one of those shops that if you're paying anything more than 40% off you're paying too much

Agreed, anyone paying RRP at King Living is being scammed. They basically have a perpetual sale going on. I would go one step further than 40%, don't accept anything less than 50% off sticker when shopping there.

      • Thank you for your feedback.

For clarity, everything in our outlet is discounted between 60-80%. https://kingoutlet.com.au/

Additionally, this weekend only, we're offering an extra $100 off on top of these discounts.

  • Avoid! I am still waiting for an item which was supposed to be delivered in a few weeks (verbal explenation in-store), but has been delayed twice and projected to arrive over 3 months from purchase date. This normally wouldn't be enough for me to complain about, but the kicker is that when I contacted them they (seemingly intentionally) lied about the delivery being able to come the following week, but it never did, and since speaking again to in-store staff again they said their call centre shouldn't have said that, there was no info available saying it would come earlier. Subsequently looking at store reviews there are many other people in the same position

    • Good to warn people about delivery delays, if you can't wait a few months longer than they say i'd probably avoid. But if you can wait, I'd recommend them, their leather lounges especially are really nice and seem to last a very long time. Also the modular design gives you options and replaceable covers make them excellent if you have kids so if a seat got damaged you can just buy a new cover rather than replace the lounge.

Yes, you'll have to wait a while for King Living furniture to arrive.

Given the customisation of materials available, it's to be expected. It's the kind of purchase & quality you'll own for a long, long time.

3 months does seem quite extreme though. 1-2 months seems to be quite common.

King Living is by far my favourite furniture brand - 2 x sofas, dining chairs, rug. But you're a sucker if you pay their RRP and never trust their delivery times.

  • @Leosquarez1984 why is there literally no products available or listed on the website? Is this a problem with the site or is it that you've no stock left?!?

    • Hi @tommypickles, Currently, we have limited stock for NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, and ACT.

Please check that the postcode (desktop: top left, mobile: inside the mega-menu) reflects the correct state, as a lot of stock has already gone. This promotion is valid until stocks last.

Sofas have the most stock available. What specific item are you looking for?

  • Do you have any double sofa bed?

  • Are we allowed to inspect the products at your warehouse first to check for any damages before collection and if unhappy return/cancel the order?

    • Hi Sin, no unfortunately these items are not able to be inspected prior purchase.
I'll suggest checking under the ADD TO CART, there is a box explaining the status of these products, most of the products are "Like New" at this stage.
