Must resist … I don't need more drill bits that I am not gonna use.. :(

    • +5

You buy it for the one drill bit you keep breaking

      • +3

Yep… bought last time for 3mm.

        It's already broken. Bought another.

    • But these drill bits are best suited to users who aren't going to use them.

Good all rounder kit for light diy work

lol why would anyone downvote this?

      • +2

You must be new here lol

I got this kit and it's been great.

People complain the bits are too hard to get out of the rubber moulds, but to me they're just more secure.

  • To me the whole thing feels a little cheap. But does the job.

  • The drill bits are pure garbage.. Dont bother

      What about DeWalt, better?
      https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B004GIO0F8/

      • Yes I'd say its pretty good value. Although it's imperial but close enough metric equivalents.

        • With the Dewalt, you can use on wood and steel but not masonry right?

          • @Robot16: You cant use HSS from any brand on masonry.

Masonry bits have a different cutting profile.

p.s. The Bosch is fine on soft wood, pine, mdf etc. But on hardwood i found them totally useless and they generally wear out very quickly even compared to Bunnings Full Boar etc.

      • yes. that dewalt set is great value and very good set. only issue as others mentioned size is in units of football fields or something like that

      • Perfect value, thank you very much. This is way better than this Bosch crap.

Ive owned this kit for a couple of years and has helped me around the house on a few occasions, cant complain and the magnet and screwdriver is handy

  • Good deal!!! Thanks op

This one works with ozito brands?

    • -2

No, only works in the Bosch Green series power tools.

      • Really?

        • +1

No it's standard; works with any drill/screwdriver

      • Thank you @redpen.

I saw this too “Yes they absolutely will work on your ryobi 18v. I purchased them for my husband for his birthday and he is very happy with them. He said they will be perfect for your Ryobi. Enjoy😊”

I hate when people just say incorrect things just to troll

  • Great kit. Have two. Will buy a third. Bits are great for the price

Got this a fair while ago. Have used it for so much around the house, really can't be beat for that price.

I have had two of these kits over the years. can't speak highly of it - many drill bits have broken, weren't particularly sharp either. best to look at other options.

  • Fairly old price.

Edit: I have two sets though.

  • Have a 70 piece version of this and was pretty disappointed by quality. Smaller bits are slightly bent, the case isn’t molded properly… just feels cheap

That being said, it’s managed a few diy things, masonry drilling etc so probably worth it for $29
