  • Cheaper with this deal if you can still get to a store today https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/856010

    • I think that one is expired already

      • Today is the last day, but must be done in store, so you can only do it if you’re in an area where stores are open currently.

my guess is its an error tbh, it will probably start when the sim deals for the iphones end

    • SIM deal for iPhone ends tonight!

Looks like someone got trigger happy with web merchandising early push.

      • would have been crazy if combined. wonder if anyone who signed up to the sim deals can 2 week price drop* guarantee to save an extra $200 ;)

        • -1

Hey mate, could you confirm if that can be done? I bought iphone 15 pro from telstra deal last week, would be great if I could price match to further save $200++

@yummypinacolada: i would head in a few days after the telstra deal is gone, and don't mention that you used the telstra deal to get the phone for a lower chance of raised eyebrows, but you didnt hear that from meeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!

16 will be announced early September

  • New features on the 16s?

    • +1

Bigger Screen. Better Chip. Extra button. Better camera. Incremental upgrades (AI on the Pros) but it’s like 7 weeks away so may as well wait and see.

        Bigger price!

AI will come to the base model 16s too

would jb keep selling the 15 series once the 16 is out? I noticed apple got rid of the 14PM and maybe others once the 15 came out

        • +1

Yes normal 15 and 15 plus will stay.

          • @fozzie: ah but the pro and pro max would go? sucks, was hoping for further price drops once 16 comes out

            • @Dealzallday: They might still be around for a short while at Jb. If you look now on Jb the 14 pro is only available as 1tb in purple. But in general apple stops producing them as far as know. Hence it’s existing stock.

        • going to say yes because of the size differences tbh.. and usually the last year phone is stocked for at least another 3-9 months

  • Same prices on TGG for the Pro https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/phones-and-wearables/mobile-p…

The Pro Max is $10 more expensive at TGG

  • Wouldnt mind going back to an iphone for casual phone, just need a deal for 512gb. My 128gb days are well behind me. My dad is sweet, he still gets by with 64gb

  • Looks like Amazon and Officeworks are offering the same prices
Don't forget to buy 8% off gift cards https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/855838 usable in store at JB and OW

    • That gift card deal seems to have ended. Back to full price.

  • Would it be worth jumping to this from a 13PM? Currently at 79% capacity. Or should I wait for the 16PM to come out?

Not a huge fan of the proposed prices for 16PM, but also concerned about future value for trade ins

    • As a person who has a iphone 12 just to have an iPhone I'd say no.

(My main phone isn't the iPhone)

  • Does Apple price match with JB-HIFI?

  • Worth updating from iPhone XS to a 15PM? Or wait till 16? Current model only has 64GB, and screen delaminated.

  • Thoughts on JBHiFi renewed?
