      While you are waiting on delivery, I have found it quite easy to find menz snakes for my mouth. Just go to your local market and ask for some. I am sure there will be any number of people ready and willing to fill the gap while you wait on your own snakes to arrive . People are very helpful in that regard.

      Thanks OP! Received mine in Sydney, delivered by courier (not auspost but unsure which one, postage label already in bin).

      I got an additional of 1 olive oil, 1 Tuckers Natural Multifibre Snacks and 4x110g San Remo risoni pasta from what OP has listed. More like 2 bags of this -

    Ordered 2 bags. received them within about 10 days. While I'm happy with some products, I didn't really want 4 bags of instant Carbonara flavoured pasta.
    Also, I checked the dates on the bottles of Olive Oil, and the expiry date was 26 Nov 2012. For all 4 bottles!!!!! So disappointted. I cant even give them away. Not happy Jan!!

    Hi. received an email response from Tuckers per below. Feeling a bit skeptical about the parcel being 'lost', as there is no evidence of a consignment number, and comments from Tuckers elsewhere suggested that they'd run out of stock and were having trouble filling all the orders. Not particulary happy…

    Hi Adele,

    We have chased this up with Toll Ipec again and the delivery status hasn’t change and they are unable to locate the freight… In conclusion this means that they have LOST IT!

    Of course being freight companies they take no responsibility for the care or loss of our parcels so I am left with no options but to make you an offer that I believe is fair.

    Either I can send you 2 cartons of our Tucker’s Natural Crackers (mixed) regular value $48 or I can offer you a refund.

    Sorry it has ended in this way and I am even more frustrated than you as this isn’t the only parcel they have lost.

    Look forward to your reply and appreciate the support.

      I got an almost identical response.
      Also very sceptical.

      I ended up getting said boxes of 'natural crackers' in replacement.
      Thought that was the best option and they arrived safely this morning.

      I won't be going near them again.

    Received the replacement Christmas gift bag today; two items had been damaged in transit, and the items in the bag were not as advertised. Specifically, 2x Apricot jam instead of 1x Apricot and 1x Beetroot Relish, and 0x 'Perryman’s Gingerbread Man'. Also, the Laucke Scone/Pancake Mix is nearly a month past the Best Before date.
