Have had this one on my Camels watchlist for quite some time after I bought the 10" last year. Definitely keen to add the 12" to the arsenal as well.

  Just be aware of the difference between a carbon steel skillet and the more usual and well known cast iron skillets that Lodge are known for.

    Personally I'm aware, I now own 10 and 12" versions of both but a good note for anyone who might be unfamiliar.
