A really helpful bonus from Cashrewards (Up to $10 / 13.3% Bonus + 15% Regular Cashback), especially when last year, everything in my wish-list was the regular sale prices at most…

Cashrewards Up To 15% Cashback Offer Terms here

Remember to NOT add items from your Wishlist, to ensure tracking when making the $75 purchase. You are also eligible for cashback using discounted gift cards as well!

Special Terms

Terms and conditions

  • Each bonus offer is open to Cashrewards members who successfully activate the offer as directed by Cashrewards (“Eligible Entrants”). To qualify for the $5 bonus cashback offer (“Cashrewards Member Bonus”), Eligible Entrants must firstly activate the offer, then shop online at Amazon Australia using a Cashrewards platform on 16 July 2024 between 7:00am AEST and 11:59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”) and spend a minimum of $75 (incl. GST) in any single transaction that is eligible for cashback (“Qualifying Purchase”). A Qualifying Purchase excludes the purchase of gift cards, subscriptions and other ineligible items as set out in the Amazon special terms.

  • To qualify for the extra $5 bonus cashback offer for ANZ Customers (“ANZ Customer Bonus”), Eligible Entrants must: (1) be eligible for the Cashrewards Member Bonus; and (2) link their ANZ bank account details (BSB and account number) to their Cashrewards account at the time of the Qualifying Purchase.

  • Cashrewards Member Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Entrant’s Cashrewards account within 7 days of the associated Qualifying Purchase being approved by Amazon Australia (which could take up to 75 days after purchase, per the Amazon special terms). Where the Eligible Entrant has linked their ANZ bank account details at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, the ANZ Customer Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Entrant’s Cashrewards account by 31 July 2024.

Cashrewards Terms of Use apply to the use of the Cashrewards platform and any associated purchase. Cashrewards Member Bonus and ANZ Customer Bonus is limited to one of each offer per Cashrewards account and is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses. Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

  • You should add ANZ to the title

    • +2

      Doing it now, thanks

      • +2

        Looks like $5 + $5 for ANZ

        • +2

Yep, $10 bonus on $75 (13.3%), just don't have enough words to write it all in the title properly :)

  • +1

    Does ANZ Plus count?

    • also curious on this.

    • assume so as it's linked to BSB which is ANZ

  • What’s the best ANZ account to open? Can you seee the card in the app?

  • If you're on Amazon AU but the item is shipped and sold by Amazon US, would this still be eligeble?

  • I delinked ANZ account a while back cause I understood they stopped doing these ANZ boosted deals.

T&C doesn't say you have to pay with ANZ account or I can't read?

    • +1

Used to be you had to pay with an ANZ credit card. Looks like it's now changed to you have to have your CB payout account set to an ANZ bank account.

  • +1

T&C says link your ANZ card at the time of purchase, does it mean I have to unlink my ANZ and relink ?

    • +1

Usually implies that you have a relevant card used for checkout, it's not the linking itself that is the qualifier

You have the option to link your card at checkout if not already done beforehand seems to be the implication

    • +3

Link your ANZ bank account, not card. ANZ cards have nothing to do with it this time. I assume if you already had an ANZ account linked then you shouldn't need to relink it.

Make an eligible purchase today. If you have an ANZ bank account, don’t forget to link it to your Cashrewards account before you shop for an extra $5 bonus cashback. Visit Settings > Linked accounts > Bank account to enter your ANZ bank account details.

  • It’s been a while size I’ve done these deal.

$75 can be a few items added into the cart. But only after clicking through portal?
    Is that right?

  • -1

Voucher codes? Pay with gift cards?

    • No voucher codes.

      GC:

"Cashback is eligible for: Purchase of products in an eligible category paid with gift cards."

  • +1

Where to link the ANZ. Can't seem m to find it on the CR app?

    • +1

  • -1

Do you have to actually pay with an ANZ card?

    • +1

No. Just have it linked as your payout account in CR

  • -1

Does it apply to ANZ Plus accounts?

  • If your cart has few items and Amazon credit is applied can you still earn this $5 for spending $75?

    • No.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

      • Purchases paid with any Amazon credit as partial or full payment.
      • Use of any promotional codes entered manually in Amazon's 'Promotion Code' field.

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/856566

      • Does credit include gift cards you have added to your amazon account? Or things like the $10 bonus when buying $200 amazon gc only?

It would be frustrating since I add my gc balance to keep it organised but I could understand if its a technical issue or something I just cant quite figure out where redeemed gc's count.

  • ANZ. Lol. A truly decrepit, lagging institute when it comes to cashback. Shame they own CR (iirc)

  • The item I want to buy has this. Would this negate the 5+5 in this post?

Prime Savings Save $10 when you spend $150 with Zip. Enter code ZIPPRIMEDAY at checkout

    • Yes it would, adding in a code voids cashback.

      • Thanks for the Reply Mr. Big

  • Switched from Westpac to ANZ account in the app and got the $5 straight away, no Amazon purchase made…

    • +1

Probs just tracked, would still need to make a purchase for it to be withdrawn.

  • Anyone get their purchase tracked?

    • +1

Amazon always takes at least a day to track, mentioned on the Cashback offer deal:

Cashrewards Up To 15% Cashback Offer Terms here

  • +1

    Cheers made a $76 purchase

    • You're welcome ;)

  • Hmm I placed an order containing multiple items to hit the $75 threshold - but noticed now that in my order history they appear as separate transactions. Wonder now whether my order will qualify for the $5 + $5 bonus amounts.

    Anyone have any clue? Thanks.

    • Same with me, I made a purchase of $78 for a few items and cashrewards is showing as it tracked a purchase of $34.16?

    • +2

Yes, thats happened to me in the past and it's fine as long as you spent $75 or more

  • Damn, missed it.

  • I purchased a whole gaggle of stuff for about $150 but no tracking yet after almost 24 hours. I have one transaction tracked but its not related to this particular deal. Very very disappointing experience so far.

    • I just got my first tracking email, and it always takes at least a day for me, normally past 12pm. No need to worry yet, it's completely normal.

  • Anyone know if the $5 from ANZ is meant to show up under pending? Or will that come in later once the normal bonus $5 is approved?

    • would like to know the same as i cant see an additional $5 being tracked.

      • Neither here. But it does say the following in the T&Cs for this deal:

Where the Eligible Entrant has linked their ANZ bank account details at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, the ANZ Customer Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Entrant’s Cashrewards account by 31 July 2024.

        @rith

  • Has ANZ portion tracked for anyone yet?

    • +3

No, not yet. I can see the $5 and regular cashback now.

Linked ANZ first - even withdrew cashback to anz account (which wasn't a requirement).
Then placed order on amazon for >$100 (which eventually tracked).

Seems like we'll have to wait until end of the month:

Cashrewards Member Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Entrant’s Cashrewards account within 7 days of the associated Qualifying Purchase being approved by Amazon Australia (which could take up to 75 days after purchase, per the Amazon special terms). Where the Eligible Entrant has linked their ANZ bank account details at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, the ANZ Customer Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Entrant’s Cashrewards account by 31 July 2024.

  • Mine still hasn't tracked, who is the Cashrewards rep now?

  • Still waiting for the remaining $5 to track

  • Hmm. Spent just over $75 at Amazon, but the tracking shows 3 transactions that total $73.
    Will wait and see.

  • Still waiting on the other $5

  • Has anyone actually had $10 track?

  • None of my purchase tracked. chasing them now.

    • First decent promo from cash rewards for awhile and service has dropped

  • My order did not track as well :( Started a claim…

  • $5 for ANZ still yet to track… Another reminder set for 31 July.

Edit: Looking at it again, maybe it has… I've got 2x $5 bonuses, one is a promotional bonus (still pending) from the day of the transaction, the other has already been approved but the date is a week later on 23 July and makes no mention of ANZ, promotional bonus, or Amazon.

  • Only 1 x $5 for me.

  • ANZ $5 says estimated approval by 14th Oct for me. What happened to 31st July?

    • Does it actually mention "ANZ" for the $5 under "My Rewards"?
