  The bonus letter is a free one easily found online. I used the same one for my kids last year, you add in their name and print it up at home. Not very impressive when you're spending $40 on the stocking, at most the letter from Santa is worth 55c (the amount it costs to get one done through Australia Post). Sorry OP
