  • Awesome, thanks OP!

  • +6

these deals are great to stack with restaurant offers

  • +3

I don't have. Truly getting shafted with UE and DD deals lately

    • +1

      Shafted here too. FUber Eats

  • Thanks OP. Looks like dinner for tonight is sorted too! :)

  • Im not target neither

    • you need to scroll down where all the banner is. Only participating restaurants which is like 6 in my area.

  • Targeted , can’t see the offer ?

  • Dont have it either, targeted?

  • +2

Uber One. Where not all uber one users are equal! Definitely targetted.

    • +2

Right? I'm sure doordash does the same but it just seems so scummy to me. I had heaps of offers a few months ago that I used and now nothing. Still within the same uber one subscription (6 months with Westpac)

      • -2

It's because you are a -EV customer

    • Because Uber One is random af.

  • +1

These offers are always targeted, even if you have uber one, i also didnt get it.

  • +2

Need to scroll down until you see the banner, not in the promotions section. Only got 2 restaurants in mine which are pretty Ave anyway, Perth SOR

  • +1

Looks like it's targeted, have always gotten these in the past

  • -1

Targeted - I didn’t get it but my housemate did. Perhaps the offer is restricted to one per household?

  • Can’t see it on mine, don’t have any despicable me box either

    • Housemate got it, so yeah targeted

  • Not on mine either

For people wanting to see this in UberEats app, go to Account > Uber One (just above Invite Friend)

  • +1

You might have to scroll a bit down to see the banner. Same small box as the Despicable Me ticket.

Thank you, this is exactly where I found it in the app :)

  • It worked thanks

  • Got it! I don't see this in web but I do see it in the app.

  • -1

6 thai springrolls and 1 green curry beef for $19.xx delivered

  • I got it thanks, any idea when this expires?

    • top post say 6 days left but why wait? just order something and put delivery date to the future.
      play safe bro…

      • The restaurant I want isn’t open Mondays

  • damn even when i put delivery date next week, after confirming the order i cannot use the same offer for another order
used to be okay for multiples months ago

    • +1

You need to have multiple carts open in different tabs and ready to go after you check out your first one

      • ah next time thanks

      • Once the promo code discount is applied to the first scheduled order, is it still honoured for all future scheduled orders?

If so, good to know this hack! :)

      • Didn't work for me last time I tried, but maybe I wasn't quick enough (fat fingers)

  • Thanks OP

  • Does anyone else have the issue where the restaurant says 'free delivery over $20' but has a delivery fee right under the name. But delivery fee showing up at the checkout stage

    • +1

I added exactly $30 worth of items in my cart at an eligible store and I am able to get free delivery from uber one restaurant even if the total is under $20.

      Subtotal $30.00
      Promotion -$15.00
      Delivery Fee $0.99 $0.00
      Fees $3.30 $2.40
      Total $17.40

      • Yeah that place is not that close to mine so says a $9.99 delivery fee at the top, I added about $40 and the delivery fee wasn't crossed out. Support says 'it will be free or contact us again' but I rather not have to chase them for a refund lol

Cancelling my uber one at the end of this month, was one thing when it was free but not paying for this shit lol

    • Thanks for sharing

      • A lot of people obviously not voting with their wallet, sucks to be them

        • -2

Maybe a lot of people are richer than you so the extra cost for ordering Uber Eats doesn't affect them and is the equivalent of 0.00000000001% of what they earn in 1 minute. Sucks to be poor like you

          • @illusion99: Lol yeah these people complaining on 200k each they can't afford their mortgages and don't know where to cut costs, slaved to their work at all hours. Oh I'm so envious of having such little time someone else has to feed me lmao

            • @pennypincher98: lol the rich people aren't working a 9-5 job let me tell you that. If that's what you think it takes to be rich no wonder you can't afford uber eats

              • +1

@illusion99: Rich people will also not let $15 dictate what they eat tonight lol. Why are you going off on a tangent about the rich on a bargain site??

So many people confuse "can't afford" and "not worth paying that". Basically everyone can afford Uber Eats - I genuinely feel for you if you have less than $20 left a week. For that $20 however I can make a couple of nice meals that I know were actually just cooked and won't be cold, exactly how I want it to be made.

                • +1

@pennypincher98: You’re arguing with someone that got banned from Uber eats but continues to defend them lol

      • -2

Lol I can get 3 months free if I want, not that hard - sure most people have an old, burner or work phone around.

Looked at my order history and the last order was cancelled by restaurant, Uber refused to reapply promotion. Another time was over an hour wait, no credit given. 2/4 successful orders this year, and one of them wasn't that nice.

I know how to cook I'm not reliant on someone doing it for me.

  • you can also double dip with free item above $35 if youre lucky. got a bowl of ramen and 2 rolls of sushi for $23 from kujira in ashfield. paid using the recently purchased gift card for a further 12% discount.

  • Ffs they really don’t wanna give people the discount lol.. banner is all the way to the bottom and had to swipe through 3 slides to get to it

    • If you click on 'offers' it also shows up.

      • Oh ok thanks but it’s a mix of other restaurants that aren’t eligible

        • +1

Uber one deal has brown banner.

  • Got the deal but feel like limited stores this time considering there's plenty of Asian options near me

  • Didn't know about it. Didn't get any banners for it.

However, it came up when I looked at the page of one of the Thai restaurants near me! Haven't tried them in 3 years, so might as well do it tonight for 50% off.

None of the other Asian restaurants I looked at had this discount. The others all just had a 20% discount, except for one which also had an $8 off min $30 discount.

  • Did anyone else have to pay for delivery even though you hit the minimum for the free uber one delivery? I'm getting it for every place that has this offer

    • check which payment method you are using, for me because i get the uber one from citi credit card i have to use that card not other card

      • I just figured it out! Had to use my westpac debit as that's how I got the 4 months. Thanks 😁

    Expired

    • Wasn't promo meant to be good until tomorrow (21 July)?

      • +1
