    Hi NKl, I'm not sure which hotel in Langkawi you are looking at but check out Berjaya Langkawi Resort, its beautiful and we have some great rates there too! Per your credit card question, rest assured we do not store or save credit card information, and you will need to enter it for each booking.

      I'm still getting only $18 USD for 3 nights in Berjaya Resort. I'm more than happy to book and pay that price and but I'm worried it will get cancelled or not honoured.

  Had a bad experience with this website. First you can’t properly sort the results and see any room rates without clicking on every single listing. Then my account just got blocked after trying to make a booking using some of the accumulated “points” from answering their surveys etc. Customer service was extremely rude/aggressive whilst making false statements and claiming I breached their T&Cs.

  I gave it a shot and booked Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for 1 night in November for $46. Amazing deal if honoured. Not sure of cancellation policy as the rate I chose was not Non-refundable but said "Cancel from 09 Jul 2024 to XX Nov 2024 charge 100% amount of the booking". I guess that means non-refundable only.

  Knew it was too good to be true. Just got email from them.

  "We were unable to confirm your reservation request as the rate received from our hotel partner was invalid. The correct rates are now displayed. We have voided your payment authorization."

      I used a backup card & backup email. I blocked the card after getting the email from them. Only thing they have is my name.
