Still awaiting delivery of my catch sim that I ordered on the 27th last month
call them or chat with them and they will do the express delivery
I did get onto chat last week. Was told it hasn't been up to 8 business days and to get back to them by Tues this week. Monday night got the dispatch email.
it comes as a standard post with pretty low quality envelop, so may have been left in letterbox without any notification. happened to me as well.

Good if Kogan/Vodafone is serviceable where you live/travel. For $0.83 a month more, Catch/Optus might be a better option for some.
I'm with Coles, do I need to port out before joining. Just porting to Telstra Sim for a few hours ok?
Catchconnect is the worst. I never get more than 2/3 bars anywhere. Most annoying feature is that all my texts are received twice. Customer service wants me to reset my phone. They're already restarted, reset network setting etc etc

Idk, this didn’t happen when I was on amaysim. Same locations, same phone, changed to catch and I stopped getting verification codes for 2FA on some apps
Catch working fine for me. Same as every other cheap mvno Optus.

Not many choices left now and Telstra /Boost dropping the $230 plan in Nov I won't be paying $300 a year it will come something like this for me .
