Geeeez didn't know that the telcos are on a cash grab big time .

  • Still awaiting delivery of my catch sim that I ordered on the 27th last month

    • call them or chat with them and they will do the express delivery

      • I did get onto chat last week. Was told it hasn't been up to 8 business days and to get back to them by Tues this week. Monday night got the dispatch email.

  • Thanks, this will replace the auspost mobile service that’s closing down for master2 just nicely.

  • do take note that mostly mvno are on 4G networks only.

  • Can anyone recommend the next best sim as I’m currently on this plan but it’s about to expire

Good if Kogan/Vodafone is serviceable where you live/travel. For $0.83 a month more, Catch/Optus might be a better option for some.

  • I'm with Coles, do I need to port out before joining. Just porting to Telstra Sim for a few hours ok?

  • Catchconnect is the worst. I never get more than 2/3 bars anywhere. Most annoying feature is that all my texts are received twice. Customer service wants me to reset my phone. They're already restarted, reset network setting etc etc
    I would not recommend them

    • Same, and I don’t even receive verification codes and one time passwords, even on full bars

    • Pretty sure this isn't catch's fault

      • Idk, this didn’t happen when I was on amaysim. Same locations, same phone, changed to catch and I stopped getting verification codes for 2FA on some apps

Catch working fine for me. Same as every other cheap mvno Optus.
    Fyi

  • Do catch do esim?

  • Any other cheaper deal for 1yr validity?

  • Activated on the 29 July, easy process within 3mins it was booting to the new Sim and plan. Everyone's happy..
