I got sennheiser CX 680s (the yellow addidas sport ones). I find they don't have very good noise isolation. Was thinking of trying Complys out to try and get better noise isolation.

Any recommendations?

  any of the T-200 range will fit your earphones..
  
  if you want isolation, theres the isolation or isolation plus tips to choose from.
  
  I normally use the the 'normal' isolation for everyday use/gym and with the music playing, I dont heard much outside noise unless its really really loud

  Yeah I'm about the same, if you listen for long periods of time they do not last very long.
