Thanks @StevieRay! Have been waiting for a deal on this one for a while now! Just bought one for $579, will hopefully save me a lot of time fishing stuff out of the pool.

    • I've been eyeing this as well as I have been interested in the Betta SE which is around $800Au and the clones were around $400.

Was willing to pay the $629 but the voucher definitely tipped the purchase decision for me

  • Any good with small leaves dropping from Palms? ie 40 to 50cms long?

Also, leaving in the pool 7 days a week?
Being Solar it charges during the day and operates all year round (subject to battery charge?)

the reviews aren't particularly positive on after market support on this. I just bought the Betta SE+ and so far its working a treat.

My experience so far - these dont handle leaves much bigger than my liquid amber - 10cm across.

It does pick up finer particles which is great, not sure about the aiper.

Winter weather isn't great for solar charging. This Aiper and the SE+ have the ability to charge on a wall charger which is ideal.

    • Any idea about thin leaves 40cm long?

      • Sometimes 50CM?

      • Yeah sounds prehistoric - maybe they have a pool next to palm trees lol

    • I have a liquid amber near the pool as well, the major reason for me to buy one of these. They are a nightmare in any backyard. Dropping stuff all year round. As long as they can pick up the finer particles, I’m happy. The skimmer is mostly useless.
