Many Samsung fridges have leaks, it's a common problem just google it. Mine leaks through the light area into the fridge on a regular basis, out of warranty period so living with emptying the tray on the door daily for now. Never buying a Samsung fridge again.

I had samsung bottom mount similar like OP, and got the same issue leaking water to the bottom (freezer) and the ice started to build up. The issue was about the plate to heat the 'condensed' water is 'too little' so its not fast enough to evaporate the water to become mist. Anyhow, samsung refused to fix or replace it (yes its been more than 2 years, upto 4-5 years i think). They can send their tech to visit, and it costs me around $200 just for call out, not labour and spare parts. I bought the fridge for $900 so stuff that. Not samsung appliances anymore.

Got issue with samsung top load washing machine due to fire hazard recall! They fixed it by wrapping the cable/tube by specific plastic bag and rubber band.
Luckily the machine got another issues (they replaced the rotation motor) and left some residues (they blamed i used a softener) and finally decided to refund me some money! No more samsung

    • I have one nearly exactly the same as this, but mine has the handles and to be honest, after 13 years, it is going as good as it did day one. Best fridge i have owned.. Now that i have said that, i will wake up to a dead fridge lol

  • $787 via Price Beat button.

  • I wouldn't touch Samsung fridges.

The LG-G455PL however is one of the best in this size category.

  • I have one with similar dimensions but with water dispenser that I might have used once. My biggest problem has been with the width of the door.. it's massive. So, before buying, consider if your place has enough wiggle room.
Of course, if you are on the heavier side then this will definitely help you get good cover during a gun fight!
