I track their stuff a fair bit, they tend to price jack to pretty much the same price as it is prior to sales. Noticed this when I purchased a lens adapter previously from them.
Good example is the MC-11 is currently $329 ($259.65 with code) and it’s normally $279.65

Had a sigma lens delivered from this deal yesterday and has a big piece of dust inside. DCXpert so far easy to deal with for DOA return. Although I estimate having to wait another week now to get a new one with the return being by standard parcel post.
Careful with returns when it comes to dcxpert
I bought majority of my K1 and lens (77 ltd, 70-200, DFA*50, 100 macro and more) from dcxpert and I just made one return (DFA 21) since the adjustment is outside my K1 range and I cant do much. Just because of one return, even though I bought many items from them in past, I got blocked in ebay. Even ebay agreed it is not right from seller side.
After this experience, I went with Camera Electronics for my last purchases and they gave a good deal.
Also had a very difficult time with a return. It was through their Amazon store, but Amazon washed their hands with it and I was told I would need to deal with this seller. Which was very painful. Eventually got Amazon to refund after weeks and weeks of nagging them following making no progress with the seller and dealing with very disappointing communication and mix messaging. Never again.
I do note that the majority of people have had a good experience though, so maybe just a rare occurrence.
Yeah, apparently the good experiences are with sales and not for any returns. For Pentax, all sales are fulfilled by CR Kennedy and their service is very good.
Even prior to my return, I had positive experience with Dcxpert but it went into the drain with a single return. Luckily I did not have any issue with my refund since ebay covered it.
We discussed about dcxpert in Pentax forum as well about their bad service when it comes to return.

Very good seller. Bought my Ricoh GR III X last August with them when all Sydney stores are out of stock. They had the discount deal and threw in an SD card. I was travelling too so was able to claim TRS refund.
