            • @Atomik17: Yeah cool i guess i'll check it out. As long as the 30 day return is easy enough to do there's no sense in not actually trying it. Will see how it goes.

Mine arrived yesterday and after updating the firmware and enabling LDAC, it sounds brilliant!
Been running through Spotify speaker test playlists and loving it.
    Tweaking the Equalizer helps.
    Especially for the price.

Also, remember to turn off Spotify's inbuilt Equalizer - I had mine set for headphones.

    • Mine arrived in 2-5 days, hopefully at least better than my dead battery JBL flip4.

Plus 1 for impressed. Arrived yesterday and listening last night with firmware update applied. Played around with the positioning to get a nice detailed sound. Enabled LDAC today and it sounds really good. No complaints here.

I received mine yesterday, and for this price it's a great speaker, not sure why people are not liking it.

If you compare it to something in the same price range like flip6 or charge 5 on special, it's a better speaker.

It needs the equaliser to be adjusted, but the bass, the volume and the build quality are very good.

The only downside to me is the weight, it's a bit heavy around 2kg.

It's pretty crazy how different people could have such a big difference of opinion about the speaker. Well i guess i'll have my own opinion tomorrow. :)

    • Hi there, did they send it using AusPost or other courier service? Thanks!

I got mine today. I updated the firmware enabled LDAC played around with the EQ settings and positioned it about 300 mm from the wall and I must say it really sounds pretty good for the $$. I have 2 Bose 1 Harmon Kardon and a good old UE boombox from a few years ago and it really sounds pretty good in comparison to them and all of those speakers cost alot more than the $111.75 I paid for this Soundcore. As this is waterproof this will now become my pool and spa speaker
Just got to play around with the settings and you'll be quite surprised by the sound.

    • I was going to post pretty much the same thing. Got mine today and after a bit of playing with EQ it definitely sounds pretty amazing for the price. The fact that it's so easy to tune the eq and you can even import other peoples setup makes it even better. I was pretty on the fence about keeping it with a couple of the comments on here but not i've had a play i think it's vey much worth it. For $300, probably not, but for a bit over $100 it's crazy good.

  • Got it today, it’s pretty good, sounds should be better than most Bluetooth speakers in JB Hi-Fi I tried the other day, except Bose soundlink Max ect very expensive one.

    • Hi there, did they send it using AusPost or other courier service? Thanks!

    I just had to add..

Another poster mentioned that there's downloadable EQ settings via the below link.

Some of these GREATLY improve the sound - mine is now even better!
