It shows on their website that it supports USB-C PD 3.0 and PPS charging, also in the computability list, galaxy s23 ultra is listed.

Yes, tested that with a 5A cable that I'm sure it works, I've got another 100W charger and it gives me the fast charger 2.0

I bought this belkin charger from Jbhifi and returned it as it never shows fast charge 2.0 though it says it's compatible.
