New Woolworths Customer Purchases (capped at $30) [Valid for All Orders Placed Between 6PM and 11:59PM AEST 3/7]: 15%
Existing Woolworths Customer Purchases (capped at $30) [Valid for All Orders Placed Between 6PM and 11:59PM AEST 3/7]: 5%
Everyday Market Purchases (capped at $30) [Valid for All Orders Placed Between 6PM and 11:59PM AEST 3/7]: 4.5%

Cashback exclusions

These items are not eligible for Cashback:

  • Tobacco purchases
  • Woolworths Insurance purchases

We calculate Cashback based on the purchase price, excluding:

  • Fees
  • Taxes
  • Service charges
  • Shipping and delivery fees

This Cashback deal is not valid together with:

  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit redemption
  • Other store deals unless otherwise stated

        ShopBack support email says otherwise, but they’ve updated the store terms since. Who knows with ShopBack support these days, I’m not making orders based on cashback offers with them anymore

        If someone wants to try you’ll still get the EE discount, but maybe or maybe not the bonus

    Just made a $200 order 2 hours ago, sacrificed my usual 4% gift card redemption by opting to use my Wesptac debit card instead. Still used my 10% everyday rewards code though.

    No tracking yet, but will see what happens after 2 days. Fingers crossed.

      Been 2 days and no tracking - tried to submit a report, but I get an error using their form:

      Please make sure you enter the ID or reference exactly as it appears on your store receipt, order history or email confirmation.

      I entered the order ID I got from Woolworths, but the form rejects it?

      Used their chat bot to enquire about the error to submit the missing cashback report - how tedious that I need to enquire about the form itself.

      Hopefully they investigate the entire thing for me.

        I got some generic response about their IT system being down, nothing addressing my message or the cash back. I give up, I've spent way too long on this, and will just avoid Westpac bonuses in the future.

          Same, but I didn't get the 10%. $173 order, got $1 cashback. Doesn't seem to be a way to dispute it, only see a button to report missing cashback, rather than incorrect amount.
