    • Thanks for the good tip.
Trade-in value for the 6 Pro is very good too ($480).

  • Additional 3% ($32.97 @$1099) Google Store credit w/ Google One membership.

    Why isn't 10% ($109.90)?

    • The Premium 2tb Google One Plan provides 10%, while the other plans give 3% (I assume). You will also need to have the Google One Plan for a minimum of 2 months. This is copied from a Reddit post, presumably by an American but it's still relevant despite 5-ish years old.

"One thing to note is that you'll receive the Google Store credit 30 days after the phone ships, and you'll also need to be a member at that time in order to receive the credit. In other words, expect to pay for 2 months of Google One membership in order to receive the credit. In my case, I signed up for the Google One 2 TB plan ($9.99/month) and ordered my Pixel 4 XL ($799 + tax) on November 25. The phone shipped on November 26. I received $79.90 in Google Store credit on December 26, so at that point, I had already paid for a second month of Google One membership. I cancelled my membership after spending the credit."

So you'll be spending $25 to get $110 of Store Credit, which is net $85 or $97.50 because I have first month of any plan free.

      • You will also need to have the Google One Plan for a minimum of 2 months.

This is not true. I was given 10% Google Store credit straight away when I signed up.

        • Ahh my bad. So how exactly did it work when you bought your Google device? As soon as you signed up and purchased something, you received the credit instantly?

          • @NotReallyaMoneySaver: I received the credit and refund after the item was shipped.
Edit : you won't get 10% store credit on free trial.

  • The mint is a really nice colour in real life by the way. It's more subtle than what the images look.

  • Still waiting on delivery. Ordered Obsidian 128GB on 14 Jun. Had three order "updates" from Google who are now saying delivery 4-5 Jul. Hmmm.
Btw dont forget the extra 10% discount (off the original RRP!) if you sign up for their newsletter. Brings price to $929.10. Of course I havn't actually got it yet…

    • Can you stack the extra 10% discount with the Google One Promo, the tradein and the price match.

$697 + $110 Google One Credit isn't a half bad deal (includes tradein, pricematch and Newsletter)

      How will you survive?

  • no Trade-in for 7a? wut?

    • Its showing 450 to me.

  • Amazing there is trade in for my pixel 2 xl

  • How good of a condition does your trade-in phone need to be? I have a 6Pro, but has a small black splodge about half a cm in diameter in the top right corner of the screen. Also a few minor nicks on the edges of the body.

    • Check if there is a condition report when doing a trade in, usually there is one which decides the value

    • You'd better to read this first.

  • only $330 for my S22+ :(

  • The Pixel 9 has it's launch event in August so expect release even sooner than last year. I reckon prices probably gonna tank even more soon.
