I got this through the What's On Olympic Park email - it's free to join for those interested (http://www.sydneyolympicpark.com.au/whats_on/members_area/re…). It's not an offer for the masses, but might be useful for someone out there.

What's On? members can enjoy 50% of Apia International Sydney family passes to tennis sessions from Sunday 6 January- Friday 11 January 2013, for Ken Rosewall Arena (Centre Court) sessions 1 - 8. Offer excludes women and mens finals. Offer does not apply to ground passes.

      Nothing. You just select any applicable session (night sessions don't work) and it'll say "SOPA special offer" or something similar (under reserved seating or restricted view or whatever else is available).

        I'm thinking a night session would be good. Some still seem to work.

          went on sunday - got seats at the top of section 203. but this totally depends on the session, not the ticket type I believe

          Most of the matches looked a bit painful for the Aussies, where most aside from Casey Dellacqua had great chances to wrap up wins.

          The womens' game with Sam and zheng was great to see from my verandah. Would have been great at the venue. :)

          How was your view from the back of 203? Do you think that the views from the front of 3xx nosebleed seats are worth doing for the price?

          I figured it may not be worth watching from the 3xx seats…

          the view was good and i don't think there are many seats where you would want to complain about views anyways - it's not a huge stadium, is it

          just got back from today's evening session - twas real good - was barracking for Kuznetsova who has lost in the end but damn it was a good match!

    Tennis was awesome! The heat as ok! I even didn't get burnt too! I was in section 223. Awesome view! Saw some great matches!
