Lavazza A Modo Mio Jolie Coffee Machine with 64 Coffee Capsules $47 (Price Check) + Delivery ($0 C&C/In-Store) @ The Good Guys

120

So I noticed this machine was on sale on Amazon for $57 and always wanted to try it.

I went to the good guys website and an automatic popup came up to "pricebeat" so I clicked "add to cart" and I managed to get it down to $47 pick up just like that.

Hope it works for you too!

Be careful the pods are really expensive for this. Normally go for 11-13 per 16 pod pack.

So the play is to just buy 10 machines with this pod deal

They go on special for $7.50 per 16 pack every few weeks on Amazon

      • Lavazza store has good sales also.

        • is the subscription model ok, $10 for this machine and 10 coffee packs of 16 pods delivered throughout the year. $135 total delivered.

      $6.12 (s&s) Intenso 16 pods!
Never paid full price. Stocked up then!
There are better tasting pods direct from Lavazza - buy when on sale!

I've bought this pack previously and it also comes with an additional 9 pods to taste all the flavours they have. So you actually end up with 73 pods.

    These were selling for $20 6mth ago & $20 a year ago!

Check pods are still within BBD!! (Printed on outside of pod box)
Bought a Lavazza machine with stale out of date pods!! Not such a bargain.

    • With what it costs per capsule, better off with fresh coffee beans from a roaster. Cheapest beans on Ozbargain is 20-24 a kg, and Aldi beans are good too.

      • So $20 for machine & 73 pods @7g … Is expensive??

As said above - pods cost me 38c a cup - about $1.33/wk.

When I made $25 profits on machines in past (before selling most!)… Lavazza sent me 480 pods - FREE!
That profit paid for lots of pods😉

Your advice is definitely not economical for me as very occasional coffee drinker.
It's precisely what pods are good for.

Beans would be very stale in a short time without many used, even with smallest bag of beans.

Add cost of espresso machine + grinder + accessories…
And extra space it takes up.
Plus the extra time, maintenance & hassle!

Very expensive advice for 3-4 coffees a week!

Just not much into caffeine - prefer a delicious chilli hot chocolate at this time of year😉

Been using Lavazza pod machines for 10 years. For occasional coffee.

Have the Lavazza Voicy machine with built in Alexa & good sounding speaker.
Can customise temp & amount of water etc from app.
Bought in Prime Day promotion with Cashback for $59. (No pods)

Previous Lavazza machines were almost free or up to $25 profit!
    Plus 32 pods by redemption.

Lavazza make their profits from the pods💰

I have been using this machine for about 2 years and have had no issues with it. Definitely recommend this.
Regarding the pods, they are regularly on sale (30-40% off every 3 weeks or so in Colesworth and the occasional 50% off probably about 3 times a year).
