A nice watch, not sure if it is a great deal, happened to see it while looking for something else.
PS. Thanks to Mod for cleaning up my poor post formatting.

Yes, that's a nice one, too.
Just one correction this watch does NOT have an "Automatic illuminator". Certain watches from Casio do, but they either need that programmed in by a timer, or have a light detector.
I think I had one like this when I was in 6th grade. It was a great present thanks to mom and dad
$44.53 if you want to order direct from Amazon.
This is a decent price and I personally love this watch.
"Casio Royale".
A bond watch homage.
Another classic here for $33: https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B000GAYQJ0
Thanks mate. Nabbed one
I have a version of this. Great watch..decent size and looks great.
Replace the case with an aftermarket steel case and it becomes an even better watch.
or just buy a steel version for $69.xx https://www.amazon.com.au/Casio-AE1200WHD-1AV-Silver-Stainle…
Note that it's only the bracelet which is steel, the case of the watch is still resin with an acrylic dial. After market mods like SKX Mod will give you an all-metal case as well, instantly transforming your very affordable Casio digital watch into something that's 5x sexier.
IMO the SKX case elevates the feel of the watch significantly.
How well the do the wrist bands hold up on these watches?
They always seem to break after 6-12 months of usage. Maybe my first mistake was buying super cheap watches and fake Casio watches in SE Asia LOL.
The bracelet and case are quite expensive it seems, significantly more than the price of the watch. The makeover looks amazing.
@haz: It's almost a point of pride to see how much money and time people can spend on making a US$20 watch better. I've had a look at the work of a couple of modders and the things they do are quite amazing. One person even went as far as artificially aging a case and bracelet to make it appear as though it had just spent significant time at the bottom of the sea.
@Chazzozz: It's a bit of a mental hurdle to get over, but I guess it makes sense when you think about it. These watches are made to a price point, and the materials reflect that. The watch module itself is great, so it is a valid platform to build upon. If Casio sold an equivalent to these modified watches, there's a possibility the RRP would be even higher.
Except only the band is steel. Body is a "silver-tone resin case"
Here's one that I think is a better looking watch https://www.amazon.com.au/CASIO-Unisex-Sports-Standard-Digit…
