    I got it last year during their pre black friday sale. I paid $255 and I thought it was a bargain already. At this price, they are practically giving it away lol. Beautiful panda watch. It has a quality leather strap too, unlike the crappy one from Seiko. Their bracelet may not be so good, hence I went with the strap option.

    If you're looking for a panda or reverse panda chronograph at this price point, it's really a no brainer.

      Same experience. Bought at about $270 during a pre Black Friday sale and then the stars aligned and a Myer sale coincided with an uprated 20% cashback promotion. Managed to get a refund and purchased for close to this price. Beautiful watch. Love what Timex is doing lately with their watch range - some nice looking watches from an established watch brand.

    Agreed, 10% cashback, just have a look in their 'good to know':

    Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.

    So @Rincewind71 it should be ~$199.29.

      Here’s my math. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Been using this formula to calculate “final” price.
      219-(((219/11)x10)x10%)

        It's all close enough lol. The point is it's calculated on the pre GST price but you are correct divide by 11 then multiply by 10 to dins the GST exclusive price.

        I don't 20c will affect too many people.

      Most likely G-Rig. Maths isn't my strong point at any time of the day let alone 2-3am in the morning and particularly when applied to sales tax etc. Appreciate the education though :)

        Within $2 is neither here nor there (although this is Ozbargain) :).

        I forget to divide by 11 not 10 as well half the time.

    Agreed. This version colourway reminds me of vintage racers possibly because of the cream dial and brown leather reminiscent of leather gloves, helmet and goggles. There is also a white dial version which looks almost idenitcal to a Speedy. Very satisfying to see people doing doubletakes when they realise its a Timex.
