  • Optus network, for anyone wondering

never buy this sim, whatever they promise its not working. once u get in u cannot leave, useless sim. i tried to get out in 2 days and there will be no customer services, they will charge u more once u receive bill , those charges u never heard of then theres no option to pay bill via Bpay , u must pay via direct debit and u will never get out untill u change new number.

      • Been a customer many times, no issues. Come an gone many times.
However, first bill (part-monthly bill) does not have discount, so is generally more than you expect. No biggie.

give us cheaper monthly rates with less data. who needs 500gb?

    • $15 for 50GB better? They gave you the link.

      • They had $8 for 42gb back then, that would be nice

      • That would be great, but I'm a customer and they just force-upgraded me to a $30 for 30gb deal ($25 for 50gb 'offer' though) from my $25 for 30gb ($18 with offer I was on)…

      • Circles.life now offer these to existing customers?

  • Has anyone got that link $15 for 50gb please

  • one of the worst company , i would never get this sim ever, even if they give me unlimited data for lifetime. nothing works when u use their sim. even ur standing under their network tower it will not work. they charge u extra for nothing , u will get surprised bill and extra charges which u never used and they ruin ur credit history. if u try to call for customer service they will ask to leave voice message but no one will ever pick up phone , if u chat witht them then it will take forever to reach them and those online staff are not trained they dont care in the end u will force urself to change number instead of all these hassle. even if u want to transfer with other company they will never provide u account number so u will never get out and they will hold u so u cant transfer ur number at any cost.

I would never go with this company even if they give me free sim card for lifetime.

Standard warning that as of late 2023 this company doesn't offer MMS feature to any new customers.

  • Dont do it! Even when you cancel their crappy service they keep billing you each month for years later! I am not the only one this has happened too. Has happened to other family members too!

    • How long ago was this and how difficult was it to get a refund?

  • @worbittonsdeals Can this plan be used on a 4G Router or only mobiles? Thanks

I am using mine (the 250GB / $30 plan) in a TP-Link 4g LTE modem. Seems to be supported based on this - https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article…

      • Awesome! Thank you very much for that info. Got screwed by the Optus $69 500GB deal which they limit to mobile devices. Ended up having to pay for a $20 20GB data only plan ontop that would work in a router and share the data between the two SIMs. All up costing $89 for 520GB/mo so the circles deal @ $45 for 500GB/mo is a bargain. NBN is still unavailable in my area so I'll have to make do till then. Cheers.

I’ve been on this for 2 weeks now and so far no issues. Just make sure you monitor your data usage as extra data is not cheap and you automatically start using extra data once you run out. No way at present to stop it from using extra data once you use up all your allocated data.

  • Does anyone know if they cap speeds on the network?
