The screen in front of me is a 28" 4K Dahua. I've had it for years with no problems. I'd buy another one.
But put it next to a good screen and you can see Dahuas sell by being the cheapest not the best.

I've the 32' 4k monitor from this brand for dirty cheap. Other than the osd menu is terrible, selecting display signal will not work if hdmi is plugged in, the rest is actually good
