We used to sell a few of these to clients. If you do not use the touchscreen for your day to day work flow, do not get these devices. They get very hot compared to normal laptops and their performance is very limited in this respect.
If you do actually have light workflows that benefit from a touch screen (even as simple as swiping the page to read pdfs) you might find value here. Beware that Microsoft accessories are very expensive and the laptop is otherwise unremarkable.
