  I ordered June 27th and only just got the email to say it's shipped and will arrive in 3 to 8 business days.

    Similar situation. Guess they ran out of SIMs. I'm in a very narrow window of possibly OK since I'm transferring a number… currently in the hands of the Aus Post gods. Maybe see if they can pre-activate (depends on what info they can see) via chat?

It has been more than 2 weeks and still not delivered. Customer services says they could only offer refund, no replacement sim card.
