I've been hanging out for another 20% off games sale too. Last one was in June, fingers crossed we'll be due for another one soon. Hopefully it's not just an EOFY thing.

Old offer and now pretty useless. previously jb used to get rid of slow selling games or ones they couldn't shift by adding them to 2 for 40 pretty quick. Now they ship them all in when titles go cheap abroad - problem 1 for them is this process is too slow and problem 2 is a lot people have already shipped them in when they went cheap abroad so jb end up with even more stock they have difficulty shifting. Their current stock position is excessive because they produced an even bigger backup of old crap by head office changing how this offer worked, coupled with the failure to reduce stock sufficiently in the odd sale to get customers in. Head office failure again and their financials show it
