The All New totally Redesigned Mitsubishi Triton is about $45K with 10 Year Factory Warranty and 10 Years capped price servicing.
If you can stretch your budget by extra $10K, I would definitely recommend the Triton
With an inferior fitout mind you and the 10 years is only if you maintain the service schedule at their own stealerships.
Yea saw the new Triton at the dealership, the interior looks like from a car released in 2010. Saying that, the Japanese is not known for interior design or flash.

With capped price servicing its highly unlikely that you will find a reputable service center at a significantly lower price point when compared to the capped pricing.
Plus servicing at the dealer provides free road side assistance, car wash and vacuum and Uber pick and drop off so in my opinion capped price servicing at the dealer is good value for money as you're unlikely to save much taking your vehicle elsewhere
Agreed, Mitsubishi is not the best design but is a very reliable vehicle at a lower price point and offers good value for money if you're soles concerned about reliability and maintenance cost

Am I the only one here who read this heading "GWM Cannon Ute $1,000" as a GWM Cannon Ute for $1000, tuned out on the rest, something about a bonus as well, and immediately thought, wow, now I could actually buy one if they are that cheap!!

I was looking at the Vfacts sales figures and noticed that only about 1% of GWM Ute sales are for the 2WD model. Anyone know why this might be? Seems to me that buying a lighter, more fuel efficient and cheaper vehicle makes a lot of sense.
