    Great price

  • Great price indeed. Too bad just slightly above $300 tax write off threshold

    • Just claim it as $300 lmao

LOL! Will Amazon be giving me a tax invoice to that value tho?

Here is a funny one for ya. Recently bought a standing desk frame for $299.95 but got ebay $20 off so $279.95 but they sent me a tax invoice for $299.95.

      • and pray you don't get audited

        • You usually need to be worth the audit ($500K+)

          • @donman92: Really? Wasn't there a story just a couple of months ago about the govt chasing people up for proof of WFH days expenses? - and wouldn't those checks be part of a general tax audit?

          • +2

@donman92: They have income/expense ratios that they use as well as averages. If you claim more than most people in your category or certain large claims, then you raise your probability of being audited. Certain large CGT/GST events could trigger an audit as well.

@donman92: Sometimes they prefer to chase the little fish as they don't have the resources to defend themselves unlike the shonky sharks.

Is this substantially better for range than a basic router or is it more speed and less congestion?

    Cheers

Dunno but it looks like a stingray - so that's cool

      • Super agile stringray design! Cut's through congestion like a hot knife through butter! - Salesman probably.

      230m2 Coverage approx
Beats my default ISP modem but if it's not enough then I'll just install some WAP's (not keen on using mesh)
