    The word is misleading. It’s not crippled, that’s too strong a word.

    I’ve got one of these and it punches through multiple walls on the 5G bands. I have it under the stairs in a cupboard. It works well and is really fast, a lot of the time I get 1700Mbps in another room. I half bought it though, for the 2.5G ports and on those, I’ve gotten almost 300MB/s doing SSD to SSD transfers.
