      They lied to you. The terms and conditions say public holidays excluded but no other days. (Condition 20)

      Which store? I also had a not so ideal experience at Westfield yesterday. It wasn't even 4.30pm, so 30 mins before closing, all their chairs up the tables and floor mopped. Asked I could still do takeaway to which they said yes, I said I would like to redeem the free coffee. The staff said they've reached the limit for the day (can only do max 30 per day apparently?) in the most unfriendly way.

    today coffee coupon somehow disappeared. one account on 1st coffee and another on 2nd. still there in the morning but disappeared in the afternoon. really strange. my family use different phone on 2nd coffee also disappeared.

    I am not going to call up or chase for them. I guess it is best to just take screenshot of the coffee barcode when they first appear to avoid disappointment might not see coupon later.

    anyone got third coupon ? I had to uninstall / reinstall the app to get the second one, then did second feedback, got email that third coffee coupon is ready, but nothing in the app. Reinstalling / clearing data and cache does not help anymore. By the way, I managed to get mocha (which is more expensive) as the second one.

      The survey came in after half a week.

      Got the coupon for the 2nd coffee now.

      Had mocha for the first, will be mocha again.

      You can pay $1 for a Medium with 2 Coffee Shots or $2 for a Large with 3 Shots if you want it stronger

    I just visited coffee club specifically to claim this, I didn’t get the discount though.

    They scanned the “discount” code twice and also the main code on the app.

    I ended up paying full price. Pretty disappointing as that is what lured me in.

    Anyone know how to report the issue?

      Good luck though, they will probably just copy and paste some spiel how they were overwhelmed with sign ups and have to manually load the offers on to people's accounts.

      Remember to do the OzB way. If they ask you to pay, it means the offer is not honored, and mention you are not interested. I know some Coffee Clubs require you to dine/drink first and then pay (if you opted for dine-in). It is better to choose Takeaway in these deals to avoid such situations.

      That’s very strange

      I’d expect them to be more inclined to not let people use them early when lots of people are getting their morning coffee than after 11am

      I'm very annoyed by different stores imposing different restrictions. Westfield Doncaster now has a written sign that they don't accept these coupons after 12pm. This is not mentioned anywhere in the T&Cs.

        the managers excuse was ….. that he’s given too much free coffees away and refuses after 11am ! Sunday sign still there

      Our coffee club had a hand written note to say no free coffee after 11am. Called coffee club head office and this is not allowed. T+C don’t specify time and they said unless there’s no coffee beans left there’s no such thing as refusing customers of the promotion. The stores are not allowed this

        Yeah but what can HQ do about this? or will they do anything about it? My local store has now changed the time from 12pm to 11am, next time the time might just be 8am before they open

          Yep seems like it’s happening to a few stores, even if they’re instructed not to. The guy just said to me I’ve given too many coffees today - no point arguing with them. Sign says 11am and he just didn’t look happy at all even as a paying customer with other orders
          Not sure what HQ can do about it but HQ did say it’s unacceptable for a store to reject the offer

    Redeemed mine today no problem. Very average coffee though. And noticed the prices of both coffee and pastries were exorbitant, $7.95 for a vanilla slice or croissant. Can’t believe people pay that.

      Its for social catch up with friends or family gathering usually at cafe so most willing to pay. The coffee club i went for free coffees always packed. Hoping to score my third cups soon.

    Looks like those who had used the First/Second coffee still have their respective next coupon in the App, and will get the Third Coupon as well.
    However, if you had not redeemed the very First coffee coupon, then as of 26-Jun-2024, it has vanished from the App, and it means you wont get any of the three coffees promised.

    The terms and conditions stated that the First Coffee has to be redeemed by 02-July-2024

    Point 8. The First Coupon will be valid from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 5 June 2024, until 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 2 July 2024.

    Yet, their Instagram Stories mentioned that the offer is finishing as of 25-Jun-2024 (confusing).

    I had my Second Coffee coupon, so used it today, 27-Jun-2024 and got a survey for the next Third coffee. But a friend had not used the very first coupon and had seen it, but it vanished on 26-Jun-2024.

    They should have honored their T&Cs.
