          I still remember trying to redeem the Mother's Day free coffee promotion at the Coffee Club.

          The staff member looked me up and down and then processed my order after checking with her manager if it was okay to serve a white man in his 20s

            @swagneto: I once redeemed a free domino’s pizza and the next day, i thought i’d claim the free pizza on my second account at another store to avoid embarrassment only to be given the pizza by the same dude. He gave me a look and a smile to make sure i knew he knew.

      You get another feedback survey:

      1. At the later of the commencement of the Promotional Period, or when participants download the App during the Promotional Period (subject to [8] below), one (1) coupon will be loaded to their App (First Coupon).

      2. The First Coupon will be valid from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 5 June 2024, until 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 2 July 2024.

      3. After the First Coupon is redeemed in accordance with these terms, the participant will receive an email from the Promoter, to the email address associated with their App, requesting the participant provide feedback to the Promoter.

      4. Once the participant validly submits their feedback to the Promoter, in accordance with the requirements of the email referred to at [9] above, one (1) further coupon will be loaded to their App (Second Coupon).

      5. The Second Coupon will be valid for one (1) week from the time it is loaded to the participant’s App, or until the end of the Promotional Period (whichever occurs first).

      6. After the Second Coupon is redeemed in accordance with these terms, the participant will receive an email from the Promoter, to the email address associated with their App, requesting the participant provide feedback to the Promoter.

      7. Once the participant validly submits their feedback to the Promoter, in accordance with the requirements of the email referred to at [12] above, one (1) further coupon will be loaded to their App (Third Coupon).

      8. The Third Coupon will be valid for one (1) week from the time it is loaded to the participant’s App, or until the end of the Promotional Period (whichever occurs first).

        Quite a generous validity for the first coffee & generous giving a 3rd free coffee for a second feedback (which I would thought would be somewhat redundant & unlikely to give them any further statistics).

    Gloria Jeans gave me a free coffee coupon that they didn't honor made me look like a fool. Hope The Coffee Club is better, fingers crossed.

    I get dirties when redeeming free coffees here too.

    At a guess the local franchisee doesn't get paid for it and it's put down to the cost of marketing / owning a franchise?

    A mild pleasant tasting coffee, wouldn't mind getting it again.

    Just checked the app and the survey popped up in there.

    First free coffee voucher is still available there even after refreshing. Normally free coffee vouchers disappear right after they are used.

    no coupon, waited 15mins or so then got a welcome email, then the coupon appeared in the app. The survey is only a single question so shouldn't take too long.

        That's interesting, they said it had to be coffee when i asked but they did allow me to add chocolate into it. I did the survey, but the second free coupon never showed up

    i got the email titled "You Rated, We Caffeinated - Time for Free Coffee #2", but i can't seem to get to the survey.

    when i tap on it on the phone, it directs me to the appstore page (but i already have it installed)

    when i click on it on a pc, it takes me to their website telling me to download the app. ugh

      When you get directed to the App Store page click “open” and it should then redirect to your app with the survey showing. That’s how it worked for me.

      I had Oat milk and there was no extra costs. The T&C’s only talk about extra costs for upsize, extra shots or syrups and the cashier I asked suggested “deals like these milk alternatives are included”.

    Anyone have issues redeeming 2nd coupon today? App just says ‘Pull down on the screen to refresh coupons’. Have refreshed few times and nothing appearing. Called Coffee Club and told that marketing team is working on an issue to send out the coupons today (even though 2nd coupon was there yesterday).

    I was there today to try out their new coffee but was disappointed when they told me this offer is only valid during weekdays and not on weekends. Wondering if anyone else had the same experience. I did not see any terms or conditions specifying when this offer can be used. The staff was most unfriendly. I am not sure if I would go back at all. :(

      Was able to redeem the first coffee today. In the past, I had a free coffee offer but wasn't allowed to redeem on a public holiday weekend.

      However I'm now unable to get the voucher for the second coffee as the survey wouldn't load and has disappeared from the app. Got the email to claim the second coffee but link to the survey or voucher isn't working. There are no more offers in my app.
